PRS McCarty 594 Tremolo Wood Library 10-Top – Sprayer's Choice w/ Case

The PRS McCarty 594 Tremolo Wood Library brings together the vintage-inspired feel of the celebrated McCarty 594 platform with the exceptional craftsmanship, premium materials, and exclusive appointments of PRS's Wood Library program. Featuring a stunning flame maple 10-Top, a special Sprayer's Choice finish, and a highly sought-after tremolo configuration, this is an extraordinary electric guitar built for discerning players and collectors alike.

Previously, the McCarty 594 with a tremolo bridge was an option reserved for PRS Private Stock instruments. This special Wood Library configuration makes that rare combination available at a different level, creating an instrument that is genuinely distinctive within the PRS lineup.

But this guitar is far more than a beautiful Wood Library instrument.

Equipped with a pair of PRS McCarty III Treble and Bass pickups, the McCarty 594 Tremolo delivers the warm, articulate, full-bodied tones that have made the McCarty platform so popular. Combined with its expressive tremolo system and vintage-inspired design, this guitar offers an exceptional balance of traditional character and modern versatility.

A Stunning Wood Library Flame Maple 10-Top

The centerpiece of this McCarty 594 is its flame maple 10-Top, selected through PRS's Wood Library program for its exceptional figuring and visual character.

Paired with this special Sprayer's Choice finish, the figured maple creates a striking appearance that makes this guitar stand out from standard production McCarty models.

The Wood Library program allows PRS to bring together specially selected tonewoods and premium appointments, resulting in instruments with distinctive combinations of materials and finishes.

Every detail contributes to the impression of a carefully selected, premium PRS instrument designed to be appreciated for years to come.

Rare McCarty 594 Tremolo Configuration

One of the most exciting features of this guitar is its tremolo-equipped McCarty 594 design.

Traditionally, the McCarty 594 platform has been associated with its fixed-bridge configuration. A tremolo-equipped version was previously available only through PRS Private Stock, making this Wood Library instrument an especially desirable configuration.

The tremolo bridge adds expressive pitch control, allowing players to incorporate subtle vibrato, shimmering chords, and more pronounced pitch effects into their playing.

For guitarists who love the traditional McCarty sound and feel but want the additional expressive capabilities of a tremolo system, this instrument offers a particularly compelling combination.

PRS McCarty III Pickups: Warmth, Clarity & Character

The McCarty 594 Tremolo features a matched pair of PRS McCarty III Treble and Bass humbuckers.

Designed around the classic McCarty tonal philosophy, these pickups provide a rich, warm, and articulate voice with plenty of musical character.

The neck pickup delivers full, rounded tones ideal for smooth leads, expressive chord work, and warm clean sounds. The bridge pickup offers increased definition and presence, providing the punch and clarity needed for rock, blues, and more aggressive playing styles.

Together, the McCarty III pickups make this guitar exceptionally versatile, delivering everything from vintage-inspired warmth to powerful, modern electric guitar tones.

Premium Wood Library Appointments & Bird Inlays

Beyond its striking maple top and special finish, this McCarty 594 features distinctive appointments that reinforce its premium Wood Library character.

One particularly eye-catching detail is the Old School Bird inlay design, featuring pink heart centers surrounded by sparkling mother-of-pearl outlines.

These distinctive inlays add an elegant visual element to the fingerboard and give the guitar an especially memorable appearance.

Combined with its premium wood selection and carefully considered construction, the result is an instrument that feels every bit as special as it looks.

A Special PRS Built to Become an Heirloom

The PRS McCarty 594 Tremolo Wood Library represents a particularly special combination of PRS craftsmanship, vintage-inspired tone, and modern expressive capability.

From its flame maple 10-Top and Sprayer's Choice finish to its McCarty III pickups and rare tremolo configuration, this guitar offers something beyond what you'll find in a standard production instrument.
