Among the many facets guitarists favor about Sterling by Music Man is the company’s ability to bring highly musical, customized artist models to the masses. The Valentine — the namesake instrument of Maroon 5's James Valentine — is no exception. This solidbody electric guitar is built from a wedge-shaped ash body for enhanced playing comfort. The body is bolted to a comfortable maple neck and fingerboard; the neck’s 12-inch fingerboard radius supplies effortless playability aimed at today’s guitar players. On the electronics side of things, the Valentine comes ready for battle, thanks to a thick humbucker in the neck and a bright and clear single-coil pickup in the bridge position. In conjunction with the master volume, master tone, 3-way switch, and 12dB boost, these pickups arm you with an exceptional variety of tones. Grab a Sterling by Music Man Valentine and rock your next gig.
