This gorgeous 2003 Taylor 810 is one of the best sounding Taylors we have heard in a while. It has plenty of full bottom end and just the right amount of brightness and articulation in the highs with a punchy midrange. The 810 has been compared to some of the most recognizable guitars from top makers. It was one of Taylor's earliest dreadnought models, and features a solid Sitka Spruce top along with solid Indian Rosewood back and sides.
This guitar was well cared for and only has normal signs of wear and tear (we tried to photograph it accurately and show any imperfections). You'll see a few dings and a little pitting on the fretboard where you would play "cowboy chords", but other than those imperfections this guitar is set up perfectly and plays like a charm.
The previous owner had the L.R. Baggs Anthem pickup system installed in it which sounds incredible and translates the guitar's natural voice exceptionally well. If you've experienced this pickup system before, you know that couldn't be a more true statement.
